Services designed for your family

My Services

Support comes in a few different forms. Here's what that looks like when you join Rays Of Care.

Work With Me

  • Free 20-minute Consultation with me.

  • Regular in-home visits where I check in on your loved one's health, safety, and overall well-being. That includes vital signs, medication reminders, hydration and nutrition checks, and a trained eye for anything that's changed since last time. You get a report after every visit, so you're never left wondering how things are going.

  • An ongoing relationship, not a one-time visit. As a member, you get consistent check-ins, direct access to me for questions between visits, and a nurse who already knows your loved one's history when something comes up. It's built for families who want steady support, not just a single appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer two ways to work together: Lavender Wellness Visits, which are one-time or occasional in-home check-ins, and the Peace of Mind Membership, for families who want ongoing, consistent support. Both include health monitoring, medication reminders, and a report after every visit.

  • Fill out the contact form to set up a consultation. We'll talk through what's going on with your loved one and figure out which option makes sense for your family.

  • No. I'm an independent Licensed Practical Nurse. There's no facility, no rotating staff, and no referral fees influencing my recommendations, just me, working directly with your family.

  • Shreveport-Bossier, Louisiana
